About KiasuPrice

"Kiasu" is Singlish for the fear of losing out. When it comes to buying a new phone or laptop, that fear is usually about one thing: paying more than you needed to.

KiasuPrice is an independent project run from Singapore. We aren't owned by, or paid to rank, any retailer or brand. We started it because sale prices during 11.11 and 12.12 are hard to judge without knowing what the product cost a few weeks earlier.

How we collect prices

• We regularly check publicly listed prices on retailer websites and official marketplace stores, and through official partner data feeds where available.
• Each price is stored with the time we saw it, so we can show history and recent lows.
• Prices change quickly. Always confirm the final price, stock and warranty on the retailer's page before you buy.
